With Gameweek 8 just a few days away, we look at players who provide good options as differentials. We look at "Form", "Average Points Per Match","Goals Scored","Assists","Clean Sheets","Influence","Creativity","Threat","Passing Accuracy","Tackles Won" and "Bonus Points".
Our GW7 Picks Were : Iheanacho ( 2 pts) , Sané ( 5Pts) , Doherty ( 12pts)
Our Gameweek 8 choices are as follows:
1. Alexandre Lacazette 9.5mil, 7.3% owned
Lacazette is finally back as a fantasy asset, started the last 4 league games (90mins in all) as a striker he is definitely one to keep an eye on, he's scored points in the all of the last 5 games (4,12,5,8,5) and plays Fulham, Leicester and Palace in the next three games (so chances for more goals). Go Laca!
2. Gylfi Sigurdsson 7.3mil 1.8% owned.
Next is Sigurdsson, with 3 goals in 3 games, he's on all set pieces and penalties (hopefully still on them as he missed), he's a good alternative to the highly owned Walcott and Richarlison. With matches against mid-table teams coming up like (Leicester, Palace, Man United and Brighton) there's no reason why he can't continue his hot streak of form. With 13 attempted assists in the last 5 weeks (5 more than any Everton player) and 3 shots on target (2nd by one to Walcott) can you afford to not have the Ice Man in your team?
3. Lastly Son Heung-Min, 8.3mil, 2% owned
Only he's not in great form and blanked the two games he started but hear me out. Spurs play Cardiff (H), so we had to put in a Spurs player. Cardiff have a poor defence and team (14 conceded in the last 4 GW's), and without Eriksen and Alli someone has to step up. The onus will be on Moura, Lamela, Kane and Son to provide the attacking returns. Son has played the last 2 league games, assisted in the champions league vs Barcelona and has 26 goals in the last 2 seasons, can a match home to the worst team in the league be the catalyst to ignite Son's form? We think so, keep it in the family .. Go for Son
