Bandwagons or proven players, the start of the Premier League always brings this dilemma to the FPL managers.
Here are our players to watch for GW32 :
Azpilicueta ( CHE £6.4m, 9.8%)
Azpilicueta ( CHE £6.4m, 9.8%) has had a mainly disappointing season by his standards but has been getting back to his best in recent times. He has had 3 assists in his last 6 Premier League matches and has been good for points despite only having 1 clean sheet in that time. His first opponents, Cardiff have lost EVERY match against the top 6 so far this season. Brighton then travel to Stamford Bridge and only the current bottom 3 have worse away records than The Seagulls.
Sterling ( MCI £11.6m, 18.7%)
To be honest, I could have picked 4 Man City players for the article this week. If Chelsea's fixtures are tasty, then City's are to die for. Sterling has scored 5 goals and assisted another in his last 4 Premier League matches and continued his form during the international break with 4 goals in 2 games for England. Fulham have now conceded at least 2 goals in each of their last 11 matches so City will be licking their lips about facing them. Pep's men then host Cardiff who they beat 5-0 earlier in the season and the Welsh side have conceded 12 in their last 5 games. Having Man City players is a must for GW32 and look the best captaincy shouts too.
Hazard ( CHE £10.9m, 29.9%):
Hazard is probably the most frustrating premium player to own in FPL but I can't overlook him for GW32. His Premier League form has been disappointing in recent times but he did score 3 goals for Belgium over the international break so will hopefully carry that into a DGW. Man City, Man Utd, Spurs and Arsenal scored 16 goals between them in Cardiff so Chelsea will fancy their trip to Wales. Hazard then faces a Brighton side with only 11 points on the road and they even lost their last away match to rock bottom Huddersfield.
Kane (TOT £12.5m, 15.2%)
The England captain has returned from injury and scored 3 goals in 4 games since then. He is the only Tottenham player to score in that time. Kane has also created 6 chances in those games. He then scored 2 goals in 2 matches for England as they romped past Czech Republic and Montenegro. Kane has now been involved in 23 Premier League goals this season, scoring 17. The trip to Anfield to face Liverpool may not be appealing but the home match against Palace is. That will be Tottenham's first game at their new stadium so they will be fired up for it. If the scriptwriters have their way then Kane will score the opening goal or the winner. Palace have only kept 1 clean sheet in 8 away games so you have to fancy Spurs to score at least a couple in this game.
