With Gameweek 26 just a few days away, we look at players who provide good options as differentials. We look at "Form", "Average Points Per Match","Goals Scored","Assists","Clean Sheets","Influence","Creativity","Threat","Passing Accuracy","Tackles Won" and "Bonus Points".
Our Gameweek 26 choices are as follows:
Victor Lindelöf, 5.0mil, 4.5%
Firstly this week we have the Swedish international centre back. He was bought in last season for a lot of money from Benfica and after a season of being in and out of the team, he can now say that he's is Manchester United's first choice centre half. Man united players are back as fantasy football assets following Mourinho's departure and Ole Solskjaer talking over.. in the 8 league matches since the Norwegian has taken over from the Special one United have only conceded 6 goals. Compare that to their previous 8 games with 13 conceded shows you that they have tightened up at the back considerably. In the last 5 games Lindelöf has had 3 clean sheets and 1 goal, blanking only once in the process, you can expect him to continue that good form with Fulham, Palace and Southampton in the coming 4 games. Even if you don't like vegetables, Lindelöf is the prefect Swede for you
Michy Batshuayi, 6.5mil, 0.5%
Next we have the Belgian World Cup striker Batshuayi. Now occasionally we like to use a punt on a player to get you points before you expect him to and this is that time. Last January Batshuayi made a similar loan move (that time to Dortmund) where he knew he had something to prove, he got 7 goals in 9 games, a brilliant return in a high standard of league. He has scored goals in Belgium, France , Germany and England when he has been given the chance. Ok he wasn't very good in Spain, but he's still young. Firstly he will need to get himself in the Palace team ahead of Ayew and Benteke, but he really should be starting ahead of those two. Palace play West Ham, Leicester, Burnley and Brighton in their next 5 games, four mid to low teams, so a good change to score if he gets into the team. I see him working great and in tandem with Townsend and Zaha. Hopefully you all agree
Diogo Jota, 6.0mil, 3.5%
Lastly we have the the Portuguese forward Jota.
He has been playing up front with Jimenez lately and both of their form is good. Jota has 5Goals and 4 assists in his last 7 games (made all the more impressive as he was injured in one 45mins and played 58mins in the City defeat) He also had 6 shots on target in the last 5GWs ( more than Jimenez 4) and collectively as a team Wolves have scored 10 goals scored in the last 3GWs against Leicester, West Ham and Everton. So all mid table sides and not just bottom of the table fodder. With Jota being listed as a midfielder and not a striker it will also obviously give him more points for goals and a clean sheet point too. Wolves have a fantastically good run of fixtures so many people will be tripling up on Wolves assets. Newcastle, Bournemouth, Huddersfield and Cardiff are the next four teams to play Wolves and I would expect plenty of goals, clean sheets and points for Wolves and their players. Please read this carefully and then to the right thing. Buy Jota !!
