This weekly segment offers you a player from each of the four different positions in FPL, who holds the maximum prospect of performing well in the given week based on an analysis of fixture, form, tendency, and underlying stats
GOALKEEPER - PICKFORD:
FIX: Huddersfield at Home
KEY STAT: 43 saves so far this season
PREDICTION: Clean sheet
Everton managed their first clean sheet after months in the last GW. Their newly appointed manager Sam is known for his defensive tactics. Everton take on Huddersfield, who have only scored 4 goals in their last 6 league games. Pickford is a great differential choice going into this GW.
DEFENDER - AZPILICUETA
FIX: New Castle United at Home
KEY STAT: Player with the maximum points in FPL from Chelsea
PREDICTION: Clean sheet + attacking returns
Cesar had the rare rest in the last fixture. Chelsea have managed 4 clean sheets in their last home league fixtures so fast this season. Cesar has managed 1 goal and 5 assist this season. He has made a great connection with Morata. The forthcoming fixture looks really promising for Cesar among all the defensive Chelsea players.
MIDFIELDER - SALAH:
FIX: Brighton on road
KEY STAT: Leading goals scorer in the league.
PREDICTION: Double-digit points
Well rested from the last fixtures, leading goal scorer in the league despite being a winger, scored less than 3 points in only 3 league games, Liverpool are playing mid-table side. If these things do not make this red-hot player to be on the team then I do not know what will. He is our player to watch this GW.
FORWARD - AGUERO
FIX: West Ham United at home
KEY STAT: Have scored less than 7 points in only two games when played more than 60 minutes in the league.
PREDICTION: Involvement in 2 goals
I do not think I need any elaboration how clinical Sergio is in front of the goals. Manchester City have scored less than 2 goals in only 2 games this season. City are already sure to top their Champions League group (Sorry, Arsenal fans) so we can expect a strong line up against Hammers this weekend, who have conceded 14 goals in their last 5 league games.
