In this article , we suggest to you a list of players to watch in December
MARVIN ZEEGELAAR WAT (£4.4M 0.8%)
The Watford left back would have been largely unknown by FPL players until he got 2 assists against Newcastle in only his 2nd Premier League appearance. Zeegelaar is an attacking minded player who likes to play on the overlap and will regularly get in or near the penalty box. He also appears to already have a good understanding with Richarlison which could benefit both players. Watford start December with matches against Spurs and Burnley but they then face 5 teams rated at 2 in difficulty rating. Zeegelaar will provide a great opportunity for points from attacking threat and clean sheets. How many defenders below £5m can you say that about?
ERIK LAMELA TOT (£6.3M 0.1%)
Spurs bad run of form continued with a defeat at Leicester but they at least had some good news in the return of Erik Lamela. After 13 months out injured, Lamela took less than 2 minutes to get an assist before being booked when Vicente Iborra went down quicker than if he had been hit by a train. The Argentine could provide a cheap attacking threat for FPL managers in the coming months having scored 5 and assisting 9 in his last full season in 2015/16. However, we do have 2 warnings for anyone who wants to bring him in. Make sure he's getting starts first and this guy loves a booking with 17 yellow cards in 78 Spurs appearances.
SALOMON RONDON WBA ( £6.0m 0.9%)
If I was only allowed to give 1 piece of FPL advice it would be don't sign any attacker who is managed by Tony Pulis. Thankfully for the West Brom forwards, he has been sacked and replaced by the more adventurous Alan Pardew. Rondon arrived in England in 2015 with a reputation as a goal scorer. He had netted 26 times in 47 appearances in the previous 2 seasons combined and also had hit double figures in consecutive seasons for Malaga. Pulis would go on to make Rondon look useless with his negative tactics. Alan Pardew gets a lot more out of his strikers (see Demba Ba) and Rondon has the history and ability to suggest he could thrive under his new boss.
ZLATAN IBRAHIMOVIC Man Utd ( £10.0M 0.4%)
Zlatan got in touch Today demanding to know why we haven't recommended him yet and threatened to get us banned in Sweden if we didn't. His return is exciting news for Man Utd fans but puts question marks over Lukaku's minutes and FPL value going forward. A player of Zlatan's calibre is highly unlikely to be happy on the bench even if he is in the pensioner stage of his career. With the December mad rush of games, he will be given starts at some point and they could be more regular if he shows his quality of old. This guy has to be watched and he could be a big FPL differential over the next few months.
