Gameweek 9 Review : 4 Lessons Learned

1) Harry Kane breaks the Wembley Curse.

I have said this since the starting of the season and i will say it again : A fit Kane is essential. On Sunday, he silenced his doubters with a 16 point haul, earning 2 goals and an assist. With Aguero being a rotation risk, and Morata and Lukaku misfiring as of late, Kane seems to have cemented his starting role in our squads, regardless the fixture.

2) Pep loves rotation

Just when we all thought Pep has given up his rotation habits, he benches Sterling and Jesus, two of the most transferred in players for GW9. This is why doubling up on City is a bit of a risk. And what is the solution fpr this problem? Have a formidable bench.

3) Budget Midfielder

You don't need to be rich to buy #Richarlison as he only costs 6.7m in FPL. If he didn't forget his scoring boots at home on Saturday, he would have have bagged in a hattrick against Chelsea. His teammate Abdoulaye #Doucoure is also making a name for himself at Vicarage road. Brighton's Pascal #Gross has yet again proved himself with a pinpoint freekick for Murrays first goal against West Ham. He also is budget friendly - 5.3m

4) Newcaslt tight at the back.

The Toons are having a fine campaign and with that comes loads of FPL points from they backline. The man at the moment is Rob Elliot. He is one of 2 GKs with a kind price of 4.2 who starts every GW. Skipper Jamaal #Lascelles also offers that attacking threat from set pieces.
